Day 0. This is the day before the ride actually starts. You bring your bike in, attend a safety video, register for the ride and then get your tent assignment. Kathryn and I got all that done but additionally she needed to go to a massage therapist meeting as well as a roadie meeting. I’m glad I had had my MacBook with me.

My favorite Training Ride Leader Guru, Downtown Julie Brown. I love her! And
that's Geoff Schneider, one of my rawking training ride leaders. Geoff is one
strong rider as well. He was always in the top 50 getting in everyday!
